About ShareFast

Privacy-first screen sharing built on zero-trust principles

Our Mission

ShareFast was born from a simple belief: your screen content should be private. Traditional screen sharing solutions route your data through their servers, creating privacy risks and performance bottlenecks.

We built ShareFast to be different. Our signaling-only architecture means we facilitate connections but never see your data. Everything flows directly peer-to-peer with end-to-end encryption.

How It Works

ShareFast uses WebRTC DataChannel for peer-to-peer communication. When you create a session, you get a unique connection code. Share that code with someone, and they can connect directly to you.

Our servers only handle the initial signaling—exchanging WebRTC offers, answers, and ICE candidates. Once the connection is established, all screen data flows directly between you and your peer. We never see it.

This architecture provides three key benefits: privacy (we can't see your data), performance (no relay bottlenecks), and security (end-to-end encryption).

Zero-Trust Foundation

ShareFast is built on zero-trust principles. We use a multi-stage identity system:

  1. Invitation Code: Temporary code to join the network
  2. UUID Node: Permanent cryptographic identity
  3. Personal Label: User-assigned label with AI governance

This system, combined with AI governance (SystemShield), ensures secure, verified connections without relying on a central authority.
